Ok, Do you have your watch? Now, as your leading arm comes into the impact zone, the watch face should be facing your target, which will more than likely be the flag. At the point of impact, ROTATE your wrists and forearms so the watch face is pointing at the ground. This movement will also make your trailing wrist and forearm “flip” on top of your leading wrist and forearm. Continue to practice this movement until it feels completely natural within your golf swing.

Rotating your wrists through the ball at impact will “close” your club face and will result in greater distance and a reduced slice. This will benefit any golfer.

While you are trying to master this golf swing tip, you need to make sure your forearms are working together. Your forearms should be as close to one another as possible through the impact zone. After a game of paintball, I notice that the players always get together and talk excitedly about the last game. It doesn’t matter where I am playing at. No matter where I go, after each game players love to talk about what happened in the last game. I know I want to talk about it because it was so blasted exciting for me that I want to talk and talk about it. I love playing paintball because it is a very exciting sport to play!

You could play thousands of games but every game will be different from the next. Each game you play, something different will happen, so each game is as exciting as the first one. For a change you can play at a different field with a different layout and the game changes again.

Are you more of a sniper that likes to stay hidden, or would you rather take the battle head on and send your paintballs flying at your opponents as much as possible. There’s a style for everyone.

The 6 Minute Mile Strategy

I was 14 years old, and I felt like I was about to collapse. I had just run a mile in less than 7 minutes, and I was thrilled. I wasn’t ready to stop there, however.

Later that year, I ended up injuring my knee and I was never the same runner after that. I gave up on the sport pretty much thereafter, even though I was fully recovered within a year or so.

Just last year, I got back into it all. I go to the gym, and decided to up my cardio routine, spending some time on the treadmill after each workout. I was happy to see that it didn’t take long before I ran my first mile in under seven minutes. Still, I wanted more and I was ready to do it in six.

After about ten attempts, I was forced into stopping early every time I tried to run the six minute mile. My body simply couldn’t handle it and it almost felt like I was sprinting by the end.

Thankfully, I eventually got there. I attribute my success to a newer strategy that I find really effective.

First of all, not only do you want to master the art of the 1:30 lap (you’ll need to run four of these to do the six minute mile), but you’ll get there a lot more easily be mastering the art of the 1:15 lap. I know that it sounds really difficult, but if you’re successfully able to run two laps at this pace, then running the full mile in six minutes will be a cake walk in comparison.

You’ll need to be prepared to sweat, and be prepared to pant. The half mile was probably harder than the full mile at six was for me. Still, I accomplished my goal and it felt absolutely great.

From here, I have my goals set higher. I think I can run one in less than five.

Things Keep Getting Worse for the Cleveland Browns

What to make of the Cleveland Browns? Having struggled mightily in 2008, the team looked rather hopeless ending off the season.

No more Kellen Winslow. Braylon Edwards, depending upon his mood, might be completely ineffective. No shining hope at running back, as Jamal Lewis has aged another year. The defense? Nothing special there either.

The 2007 season for the Browns gave Browns fans some optimism for the future – in sports nothing is guaranteed, especially winning.

After a 34-20 loss against the Vikings in week 1, things didn’t look too much better for the Browns. Granted, the Vikings are a tough team with high expectations this season, but after a week 2 loss at Denver, the Browns look nearly as hopeless as they did in 2008.

The team lost a 27-6 game to the Broncos in Denver. The Broncos had one of the downright worst defenses in the 2008 season, and they looked absolutely spectacular in week 2 against the Browns. The Browns didn’t have anything going their way on either side of the ball.

Cleveland lost this game by a whole 21 points to a Broncos team that isn’t said to be too strong this year. The defense in Denver certainly isn’t one of the better ones in the league, yet they still held the Cleveland Browns to less than a touchdown.

The Cleveland Browns have only scored one touchdown in their last 33 quarters of football. This stat is downright deplorable and I can’t remember another team that’s gone through any kind of a similar streak.

It seems the Browns will be getting a very high draft pick in the spring time – that can be one of the turning points for their franchise.
